About Bart

As a degreed professional engineer, Bart was a hands-on executive who redesigned and improved building facilities in the United States and Europe for a major international firm.

For many years Bart was the President of a homeowners' association of over 100 condominiums. Not surprisingly, he resolved property owners' issues year after year in that leadership role. He has been a pilot his whole adult life and in later years has enjoyed the excitement of aerobatic flying. Sailing challenging waters has also been a lifelong passion of Bart's.
